I was driving past this structure on my way to work and was thinking how out-of-the-ordinary the roof of this building was, and began remembering what it used to be.

With all of the western architecture around the Capitol City, it's unusual to see anything with an eastern influence but this building definitely has an Asian flare. Let me know in the comments section if you can identify this place.
