How Much Sleep Are You Missing?
The National Sleep Foundation just put out new guidelines on how much sleep you should get. Most adults need seven to nine hours . . . teenagers need eight to ten hours . . . seniors only need seven to eight . . . and newborns need up to 17 hours of sleep a DAY.
