‘In God We Trust’ Bill Passes Wyoming House
An amended version of a bill that would display the motto ''In God We Trust'' in Wyoming schools and government buildings has passed the Wyoming House of Representatives on third and final reading by a 46-10 margin with four excused.
The House Bill 133 now heads to the Wyoming Senate.
On third reading on Tuesday afternoon, the bill was amended from a provision that donated displays of the motto would be displayed in Wyoming classrooms to a final version that says the displays would be displayed in school lobbies in a prominently visible location.
If the bill becomes law, private citizens could donate the displays through the Wyoming Governor's office.
