Four Cheyenne residents are facing felony charges after allegedly conspiring to commit credit card fraud.

Thirty-three-year-old Joshua Edwin Buckles, 61-year-old Bridget Ann Copley, 53-year-old Rachael Anne Dimaio, and 60-year-old Michael Bradley Westover are each charged with forgery and conspiracy, felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both, and misdemeanor credit card fraud.

It's alleged that on or about the period of March 29 to April 13, the four fraudulently obtained a credit card issued to the Terry Bison Ranch and used it to buy $3,433.11 worth of goods and/or services.

Initial Court Appearances

On Thursday, Aug. 7, Buckles and Copley were seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on their charges.

Forwood set both their bonds at $8,000 cash and their preliminary hearings were set for Friday, Aug. 15, at 9:45 a.m.

Westover, who was pickup up later that same day, and Dimaio, who was pickup up on Friday, Aug. 8, were seen in Circuit Court in front of Forwood on Monday, Aug. 11.

Dimaio's bond was set at $3,000 cash or surety and Westover's at $5,000 cash, and their preliminary hearings were set for Thursday, Aug. 21, at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

Credit Card Fraud Leads to Drug Possession Charges

Westover was also seen on two drug possession cases, one alleging that on or about July 2 he possessed a misdemeanor amount of marijuana and one alleging that he had 3.9 grams of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana on him when he was picked up on Aug. 7, and that he has previous drug possession convictions from May 4 and May 23, 1990, and June 15, 2020, making both charges felonies.

Forwood set bond in those two cases at $1,000 cash each, meaning Westover will have to post $7,000 cash to get out of jail.
