A Cheyenne couple is facing a combined 19 felony charges in connection with a fraud case.

According to booking sheets, 49-year-old Tammi R. Miller was arrested at 1103 Old Town Ln at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, and 51-year-old Matthew James Miller was arrested at the Laramie County Sheriff's Office 41 minutes later.

Felony Warrants

Both had a felony warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court.

Tammi's warrant was for eight counts of accessory to fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit fraud, and one count of perjury; and Matthew's warrant was for eight counts of accessory to fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit fraud.

The following afternoon, June 13, the Millers were seen in Circuit Court in front of Judge Sean C. Chambers on the charges.

Released on $5K Signature Bonds

Both were released from jail on $5,000 signature bonds and their preliminary hearings were scheduled for Friday, June 20, at 11 a.m.
