
Cheyenne Man Charged With Felony Property Destruction
An 18-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after allegedly causing more than $1,000 in property damage.
Disturbance Leads to Wanted Cheyenne Man's Arrest
According to a booking sheet, Jonas Umer Fraley was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Monday, April 7, after police were called to a disturbance at 1609 Seymour Ave.
Police say Fraley had an active warrant out of Laramie County for felony property destruction, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams signed the warrant on April 3, 2025.
Fraley was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.

Bond Set at $2K Cash
On Tuesday, April 8, Fraley was seen in Circuit Court on the charge.
His bond was set at $2,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Thursday, April 17, at 2:30 p.m.
