A wanted fugitive is behind bars after being picked up in Pine Bluffs.

According to a booking sheet, 36-year-old Joseph E. Olsson was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, after police contacted him in the 700 block of Parsons Street.

Police say Olsson had a felony warrant out of Keith County, Nebraska, for possession of a deadly weapon - prohibited person.

Olsson was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant and is awaiting extradition.
