Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak has put up a billboard in Denver aimed at letting Denver-area law enforcement know they can "work in Wyoming where breaking the law is still illegal."

That's according to a post on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

The post cites reports that the City of Denver "decided to defund the police $8 million to fund immigrant shelters and restrict the ability for cops to enforce traffic laws, such as expired plates or safety equipment violations.

The post mentions Natonal Police Week, which runs from May 12-18.
