According to a booking sheet, on Monday, Feb. 9, at 11:30 a.m., a Laramie County Sheriff's detective transported Jose Manalo Orellana-Gomez from the Wyoming State Penitentiary to the Laramie County Detention Center on his outstanding warrants.
Orellana-Gomez was booked in without issue and subsequently charged in one docket with two counts of felony theft and one count of conspiracy to commit theft; and in another docket with one count of felony theft.
Each count is punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

It's alleged that on or about Aug. 25 and 26, 2022, Orellana-Gomez took a welder and trailer valued at approximately $10,000; took multiple welders, welding supplies, an air compressor, various hand tools, and accessories totaling $39,988.63; and conspired with one or more persons to commit theft.
He's also alleged to have stolen more than $1,000 worth of items on or about Sept. 19, 2022.
Initial Court Appearance
On Tuesday, Feb. 10, Orellana-Gomez was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charges.
Williams appointed Orellana-Gomez a public defender and set his preliminary hearing for Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 2:15 p.m.
Williams then asked for the state's position regarding bond.
"Mr. Orellana-Gomez has a lengthy criminal history," the state said. "Of particular concern are his failures to appear, resisting arrests, and obstructing government operations"
"Of additional concern is the sheer number of items that were stolen and the value of those things," the state added. "The state would recommend $50,000 cash."
Bond Set at $50K Cash
"Your bond is $50,000 cash," Williams told Orellana-Gomez.
Please remember that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
