Southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle will see well-below-normal temperatures again today, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne says.

Cheyenne, which saw a morning low of -19 degrees shortly before 5 o'clock this morning, may reach double digits this afternoon, but the wind chill will make it feel much colder.

"Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with a few breaks of sunshine to make it through the clouds before we have another round of light snow showers move across the area this evening into the overnight hours," the NWS said.

The NWS says light snowfall accumulations are expected for most locations, with higher accumulations possible in the Snowy and Sierra Madre Ranges.
