Wyoming senior Josh Adams will be taking part in the 64 player Portsmouth Invitational Tournament (PIT) Wednesday through Saturday in Virginia.

Adams accepted an invitation to the four-day, 12-game event. He will be playing in front of representatives from all 30 NBA teams. This marks the 64th year for this event.

He's joined by Marvelle Harris as players from the Mountain West at this year's PIT.

Five players from the 2015 PIT were selected in last year's NBA Draft.

Adams recently signed with BDA Sports Management and is currently in California preparing for the NBA Draft in late June.

It was a banner senior season for the guard. Adams earned AP Honorable Mention All-America honors recently, becoming the first Cowboy to receive the acclaim since 2002. He was also named First-Team All-MW by the league's coaches, tabbed the MW Player of the Year by the conference media and claimed All-District honors from the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
