Laramie County Community College is looking for people to volunteer to help during the Air Force Thunderbirds practice and air show in July.

The Thunderbirds performance is a long-time Cheyenne Frontier Days tradition, and volunteers are needed to answer questions and give directions on July 21 (practice) and July 22 (CFD performance). The practice day on July 21 will start with a free barbecue for volunteers and their families at 11:30 a.m.

After a briefing at 12:15 p.m. the volunteers can watch the practice starting at 2:30 p.m. Volunteers will need to be at LCCC by 6 a.m. on July 22, the day of the show. In addition to the free barbecue volunteers will get a t-shirt and a seat for the show.

Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Kim Adams at (307) 778-1382.
