License Plate Mudflaps Rock

Saw this on Pershing in Cheyenne yesterday morning and what a cool idea for truck mudflaps.

This is a great use for old license plates other than hanging on a bar wall or ending up for sale at Bart's Flea Market. I went to research this story and nowhere could I find this on a search engine like Google or Bing. To whoever made these, you are a first!
