Bob Quick is traveling from Salt Lake City, Utah to Lexington, Kentucky to honor all the firefighters that put their lives on the line every day, according to the Cheyenne Firefighters Facebook page.

13 years ago Bob suffered a heart attack and his local firefighters brought him back to life.  Since then, Bob has had multiple heart operations and seems to be in good health today.   Bob and his riding partner Rusty Healey travel anywhere from 30 to 60 miles a day on a pedal bicycle.  This is just one of his many journeys, he also has dedicated time to autism.

Monday morning on his journey Bob stopped by the Cheyenne Fire Rescue Station #1.  All the firefighters from the station wish Bob well on his journey and thank him for stopping by.
