Mead Announces Cistern Program [AUDIO]

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius says provisions of the Affordable Care Act cracking down on medicare fraud are helping to make the program more financially solvent. Governor Matt Mead announced that residents living in the Pavillion East Water Supply Project Area, which is near the town of Pavillion, will receive water cistern systems. Amy Richards has a report.
