Cheyenne Frontier Days represents the best of the west with cowboys, cowgirls and Native Americans, who were here for thousands of years before our arrival are also honored in the Native American Indian Village.

Below is a member of the Northern Arapaho tribe of Wyoming, pictured in his colorful ceremonial dress at a free Pancake Breakfast in the Cheyenne Depot Plaza.

The Five major tribes include the Arapaho, Cheyenne, Crow, Shoshone and Ute. (And as you read that last tribe in your mind, you flashed on this for just a moment didn’t you?..)
