NYE Ball Drop Goes Digital

Welcome to the digital age of 2014. This year you can watch the Times Square ball drop online instead of on TV.

There is an app for that, currently available for tablets and smart phones. You can download it on iTunes and Google Play. Last year, nearly half a million viewers in 200 countries used the app.

Wow! The days of Dick Clark, popcorn and an old console color television set on New Year's eve really is gone.

This year we at 101.9 KingFM and 106.3 Cowboy Country will also be streaming live on our websites. Check us out on New Year's Eve--we'll be hosting the local Cheyenne Depot Ball Drop from 11-12pm.
