Permit Extension Granted for Power Plant [AUDIO]

Two people have been arrested near the City of Laramie on charges of possession of Psilocybin mushrooms. Trevor T. Trujillo has more. Doug Randall reports that a Wyoming citizen panel has granted a 7th permit extension in 16 years for a proposed power plant that some people think won't ever be built.
