LARAMIE -- There's no beating around the bush -- Monday's overtime victory over Colorado State was the biggest basketball game around here in years.

Maybe since the 2002 season.

We all know how that one ended. If you need to jog your memory, the Cowboys knocked off Gonzaga in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament after a 22-9 season which included an 11-3 mark in Mountain West Conference play.

Wyoming can snag sole possession of first place with a win over Boise State Thursday night inside the Arena-Auditorium.

The Broncos are currently on a 14-game win streak and knocked off the Cowboys 65-62 Jan. 25 inside ExtraMile Arena.

Grant Storebo and Kyle Sedar join me this week on the Roaring Repeater Podcast to break down that massive Border War win. Storebo is the on-site producer for Learfield Sports and has a front-row seat to all the action.

We also discuss the second National Signing Day and what other players will be joining the new-look Cowboys this fall. Also, we would be remiss if we didn't chat about The Governor Logan Wilson, who helped lead his Bengals to a surprising run to Super Bowl Sunday.
