Northern Colorado Get Severe Weather

Last night, Northern Colorado got hit with severe thunderstorms, lightning, hail and even tornadoes.

Some listeners reported to our sister stations in the area harsh hail on I-25. We know how quickly storms can escalate in Colorado and Wyoming, particularly in May.

Hail in Lakewood has exceeded the size of a golf ball (courtesy Melissa Clark on Instagram). Others have shared photos of the damage.
