Show Us Your Picks: Week 12
LARAMIE -- Can this Wyoming football team really take over the top spot in the Mountain Division with just one week remaining in the regular season?
All it will take is a win Saturday night over visiting Boise State.
That's all. No big deal.
The Broncos own a 15-1 overall record in the series. Most of those losses have come courtesy of the blowout. Not lately, though. The Cowboys have dropped the last five against the boys in blue by an average of just 10.2 points. That number is skewed thanks to a 34-14 loss to Boise State back in 2018.
Ditch that one and the line moves to a touchdown. The Broncos had to take the Pokes into overtime in the 2019 meeting. A Cooper Rothe field goal in the extra frame eventually came up short. That one ended 20-17 inside Albertsons Stadium.
What does all of that above amount to?
Not a hill of beans.

Boise State is looking like Boise State once again after a sluggish 2-2 start to the season. Andy Avalos' Broncos have won five of their last six, including five straight in Mountain West play. Wyoming, a program that was picked to finish second to last in the division during the preseason, has won four in a row, three of which came away from War Memorial Stadium.
The visitors are a two-touchdown favorite, according to the oddsmakers.
What does that amount to?
You guessed it.
Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m. Mountain Time and the game will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
