You didn’t need weather radar gizmos to tell you there’s change in the weather for Cheyenne.

The right man, in the right place, with an eye for composition and a talent to bring all of the elements together, captured this dark and brooding sky on Wednesday evening. Dana Gage gave a photo indication of what was to come. Just half a day later, things were decidedly different.

A late spring storm that could bring 12 to 18 inches of heavy, wet snow, descended upon Cheyenne.
