St Louis Cardinal’s Pitcher Mike Wacha’s Brother is UW Linebacker

Did you know one of tonight's starting pitchers in the World Series is related to a Wyoming Cowboy?

Michael Wacha will start for the St. Louis Cardinals in game 2 of the World Series tonight, October 24, at Fenway Park in Boston. His younger brother, Lucas, is a linebacker for the UW football team. Lucas Wacha is #45 for the Wyoming Cowboys, they are on the road on Saturday night, October 26, playing San Jose State at Spartan Stadium, kick off is set for 5 p.m. Mountain Time.

The brothers played sports at Pleasant Grove High School in Texarkana, Texas.
