Governor Matt Mead gave the keynote address at the 1st Annual Wyoming Broadband Summit in Cheyenne Tuesday. Governor Mead told the crowd that he sees a bright future for technology in Wyoming. State Forester Bill Crapser says hot, dry weather and increased dry lightning strikes this year are to blame for one of Wyoming's most destructive wildfire seasons on record.
