The Rolling Stones were in New York Tuesday night for the premiere of their new documentary, Crossfire Hurricane, at the Ziegfeld Theater.

Mick Jagger, is pleased with the results, saying, "It'll show lots of things that people don't know."

Keith Richards added, "It's weird to watch your own life go by."

The film, released in conjunction with the Stones' 50th anniversary, does not document their career, but rather the lows they encountered such as riots at concerts, drug busts, death, tax exiles and how they grew and matured through those events.

Crossfire Hurricane will debut on HBO Thursday night at 9 ET.
