The Thursday Night (Sept. 11) Lecture Series: Stories of Gold in the Sweetwater Mining District, will be at 7:00p at The Wyoming State Museum, 2301 Central Ave. in Cheyenne.

In celebration of Wyoming Archaeology Awareness Month (WAAM), the Museum will kick off the Fall 2014 Thursday Night Lecture Series with a presentation exploring the history and significance of the Sweetwater Gold Mining District.
