Abandoned buildings

You can practically feel the sadness within the walls of this place. Explorer ventured inside an asylum that has been empty for decades and found it was equipped with a lavish theater and intact morgue.

I've seen some weird locations over the years, but this one might take the cake. It's what appears to be over 500 Disney-style castles, but there's one big problem. No one lives there.

Imagine going for a hike in the backcountry and coming across the remains of a ghost town that isn't really a ghost town. That's what happened to some guys who just shared video what they found up in the mountains that likely has already been featured in a movie.

You're not likely to see a home like this anywhere. It's a stone mansion abandoned in the woods that looks like it was inspired by the Flintstones cartoon.

If there ever was proof that the old saying "you can't take it with you" is correct, it's this one. Explorers found an abandoned mansion with everything left behind by the deceased owner including a classic custom Corvette in the garage.
