The Office of Governor Mark Gordon has released a statement indicating that Wyoming has joined 21 other states in a lawsuit to block Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline.
Fornstrom has served on the commission for the past seven years. She was first appointed to her position by former Governor Matt Mead in March 2013 and was reappointed by Governor Gordon in 2019.
The Wyoming Governor's Office has put out a press release, stating that Governor Gordon has ordered Wyoming State Flags to be flown at Half Staff on Tuesday, November 24. This is to honor the late Clark A. Smith, who served in the Wyoming House of Representatives in 1965 and passed away on November 19.
According to a press release from the Governor's office, the Energy Rebound Program 'will utilize up to $15 million in CARES Act funding to provide business relief targeted towards drilled, but uncompleted oil and gas wells (DUCs), wells that were unable to be recompleted, and plugging and abandonment (P&A) projects which could not be finished due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.'
Under the new orders, restaurants will no longer be required to space out seating in booths and the number of people at a table will increase from six to eight.
