It's hard to impress a bison and not necessarily safe to try. You can ask a group of snowmobilers who just recently traversed Yellowstone National Park in a snowstorm. No, the bison they encountered was not impressed.

The Cheyenne/Laramie County Emergency Management Agency is looking for snowmobiles and tracked vehicles to help with shift changes and 911 responses if needed.

When I think of my favorite viral moments from Yellowstone National Park, this is among the best of the best. It's that fun time when a bull elk took a severe dislike to a snowmobile and decided to challenge it (and everything else) to a fight.

As I've mentioned previously, winter may be the best time to be in Yellowstone National Park. You don't have many tourists to deal with thanks to main roads being closed. But, that doesn't mean it's ideal for snowmobiles if they get too close to bison as a new video share shows.
