Team Represents Wyoming At National Taekwondo Competition
Cheyenne's Quest TKD Competition Team will be representing Wyoming in the next, 2019, national competition.
Quest TaeKwonDo has qualified 12 Wyoming Athletes for the USA TaeKwonDo Nationals in Minneapolis, MN June 28 to July 4, 2019. The estimate is that this will cost approximately $1000 per team member to cover travel, entry fees, and all accommodations, plus paying for our coach.
Their team ranges in age from 8 to 43, and we qualified in 1 to 3 events each.
At the Colorado State championship tournament we earned 23 medals, including 13 gold medals!
To help them reach their goal a silent auction fundraiser is being held. They are already doing all they can, including car washes.
You can see and bid on some great pieces from the martial artists and their family! There will be paintings, photos, quilts and more!
