The Midtown Tavern Hoedown May Move Indoors Depending on Weather

Are you planning to attend the 2nd annual Midtown Tavern Hoedown?

The free event is scheduled from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, in the empty lot next to The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing Boulevard. If there's inclement weather, the Hoedown will be moved indoors.Another Perfect Circus begin at 5 p.m. followed by another local band BeatGrass, who will play until at least 10 p.m. The outdoor Midtown Hoedown is an all ages event, bring your own chairs and blankets.

Food was planned for the event, but the caterer in Ft Collins cancelled due to the road closures and flooding.

Chris Chimick, drummer for Another Perfect Circus, says road closures could affect the band's singer and bass player, Niki and Gary Hoem, as they drive in from Ft Collins. He adds that there is a possibility of a jam session between the two bands playing, maybe Another Perfect BeatGrass?
