Truck Fire Closes Portion of I-80

A semi truck fire 15 miles west of Cheyenne has traffic on westbound I-80 backed up.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation has closed the right-hand lane at mile post 344.7.

Reduced speed limits as low as 50 mph are in effect.

Motorists are also urged to use caution between Buford and Happy Jack Road, where fog is causing reduced visibility and wet roads.
