Wyoming is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, according to a new list that ranked two Cowboy State icons among the 50 most jaw-dropping destinations on earth.

The rugged peaks of Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone's Grand Prismatic Spring joined four other United States landmarks on the list along with Arizona's Antelope Canyon, California's Big Sur, Colorado's Maroon Bells, and Hawaii's Na Pali Coast. Wyoming is the only state with more than one location ranked in the top 50.

Other legendary destinations on the list include Australia's Twelve Apostles, Brazil's Ipanema Beach, Canada's Banff National Park, Chile's Patagonia region, France's Champs Elysees, Ireland's Cliffs of Moher, Japan's Mount Fuji, New Zealand's Milford Sound, Peru's Machu Picchu, and South Africa's Table Mountain.

The 50 most beautiful places in the world also include lesser-known locations in Argentina, Bhutan, Bolivia, Costa Rica, China, Croatia, Egypt, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, India, Italy, Morocco, Myanmar, Namibia, Norway, Portugal, Philippines, Scotland, Spain, St. Lucia, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, and Yemen.
