Uranium Facility Construction Could Begin This Year [AUDIO]

An Australian company says it plans to start building uranium mining and processing facilities in northeastern Wyoming this year. State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill says she doesn’t know whether any steps will be taken to increase funding to the Hathaway Scholarship Program to match tuition increases at the University of Wyoming and the states community colleges.
