U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says the clock is ticking on automatic budget cuts, including cuts affecting meat inspectors. Attorneys in a class-action lawsuit say Atlanta-based Furniture Retail Company Aarons' Inc. hasn't notified at least 800 customers targeted by spyware installed on the company's rental computers.
