The wind has been howling and causing problems in neighborhoods and on the roads. I had to dodge a trash can that blew into the middle of the road early this morning.

A HIGH WIND WARNING is still in effect this morning. While the winds may ease back in the midday, it will not be calm by any stretch of the imagination. We’ll be having wind gusts of 50 – 60 MPH in the more wind prone areas.

Today will be windy but warm, with a high in the mid 50s. As of 6 a.m., we have a 40 mph wind making our 34 degrees actual temperature feel like 19 degrees.
