Watch a Guy at a Football Game Get Caught on Camera Pouring a Bag of Popcorn All Over Himself

And near the end of the game, a Washington State fan who looked wasted got caught on national TV finishing off a bag of popcorn, and dumping it all over himself.

By the end he was pretty much covered with popcorn . . . but could not have cared less.
