Most people in America know Taco Bell as the number one and only Mexican fast food restaurant unless you are from Wyoming, then you enjoy the West-Mex style and Potato Oles from Taco John's.

Each state is best known for a certain dish or restaurant that was invited there and now the rest of the country enjoys, Wyoming is best known for Taco John's, according to Thrillist.   Most of you may know the story of Taco John's and how it started in Cheyenne as a taco stand named the Taco House in 1968.  Then it became a restaurant in 1969, the original owner ended up selling it to James Woodson of Cheyenne and Harold W. Holmes of Iowa.

Taco John's currently has over 400 stores nationwide.
