Wyoming fishing is producing good results from Granite, Crystal and North Crow, to the North Platte Grey Reef. With just two weekends left before Fall settles in, you may want to drop a line and tease some trout. Get yourself some dinner now and something for the smoker for treats later.

But when you catch that fish, say a nice fat trout, what will you do with it? I like the traditional and simplistic lemon, butter, salt & pepper. I don’t like to smother the taste of the trout.
