The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for much of eastern Wyoming. The Advisory is in effect from 6:00 PM Saturday until 6:00 AM Monday. This includes the cities of Cheyenne ad Laramie. A Winter Storm Warning is also in effect for areas between Cheyenne and Laramie (including Interstate 80) Saturday night through Monday morning. Four to eight inches of snow is possible.

  snow. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 degrees below
  zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5
  minutes. Outdoor recreation will be life threatening to those
  caught unprepared for severe winter conditions.
