Wyoming Lawmakers Vote Down Medicaid Increase [AUDIO]

The Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee has voted to deny Gov. Matt Mead’s request to use state money to make up for expired federal stimulus funds that had gone to help support Medicaid.
