The Wyoming House of Representatives Monday morning voted 34-25 not to concur with Senate changes on a bill to allow a lottery in Wyoming. Following the vote, House Speaker Tom Lubnau appointed a conference committee to try to work out an agreement between the two versions of the bill

The final report on a chemical spill into a Yellowstone River tributary along the Montana-Wyoming border says the initial release of 1,000 gallons of deicer was enough to briefly double the river's total flow. The Wyoming Senate gave preliminary approval to a bill that would allow a lottery and multi-state games such as powerball in the state. The senate approved the bill by a vote of 17-12 on Wednesday afernoon
