It's worth the trip to drive to see your favorite band playing at venues across the area, who do you want to see?

Two of my favorite musicians, Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, are playing this week with Furthur at two different venues. Thursday, February 21, they play a sold-out show at the Ogden Theatre in Denver and then spend the weekend at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado Friday, February 22, Saturday, February 23, and Sunday, February 24.

In Ft. Collins, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and Juno What?! are at the Aggie Theatre, 804 College, on Thursday, February 21.

Cheyenne has lots of live entertainment on Friday, February 22, including Lugnut and the Spare Tires at The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing, at 8 p.m. They'll also be stopping by the KING studios.

Second Opinion play the American Legion Post 6 from 7 until 10 on Friday, members and guests are welcome.

In downtown Cheyenne, Pepie will be at Sanford's Pub and Grub, 115 East 17th Street, between 7 and 10 Friday night and 6 Grand play Fridays In the Hynds, on the corner of Capitol and Lincolnway, from 5:30 until 8:30. The cost is $5 and those 15 and under get in free with an adult.

And don't forget Infected Mushroom at the Ogden Theatre in Denver on Friday night at 9 p.m.

It's another week loaded with lots of bands at a variety of venues, hop on the bus and support your favorite musicians.
