What would you wish upon a star?

With the skies over the area clearing up, we should have a beautiful night for watching the Lyrid Meteor Shower when it peaks.

Especially around Wyoming, there are plenty of places to go with very little light pollution. with unobstructed views of the night sky.

The best time to see the Lyrid Meteor Shower will be in the hours just before dawn on Sunday morning, April 22, originating from the northeastern sky.

Find an area away from city lights, spread out a blanket or set up some lawn chairs, turn on your radio or Radio Pup to KING FM, look upward and enjoy.

And appropriately, it's Earth Day, a great time to appreciate some of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
