The Rockies start a 3-game series with the Phillies tonight in Philadelphia. Colorado is coming off consecutive losses to the Detroit Tigers and have lost 10 of their past 11 games. Yesterday was a day off.  Tonight's game with the Phillies is at 5:05 on Root Sports.

ROCKIES LOSE 7 IN A ROW

The Colorado Rockies have now lost 6 games in a row. Last night the Oakland A's beat the Rockies. 8-5.  I don't know about you, but it's getting kinda tough to keep rooting for them?

The Rockies Shut out the Diamonbacks 4-0 last night in Phoenix.  Colorado rookie Christian Friedrich pitched four-hit ball for seven innings and the Rockies won for the seventh time in eight games. The Rockies are at the Diamondbacks again tonight.  The game is at 7:40 on Root Sports.

The Rockies completed a 4-game sweep of the Astros with an 11-5 win last night at Coors Field.

Finally the Rockies got a win last night. After losing 9 out of 10, Colorado beat the Giants 5-4 yesterday in San Francisco.

The Rockies finally beat the Padres 6-2 yesterday afternoon in San Diego.

Colorado and Pittsburgh will now play a double header on Tuesday at PNC Park. The Rockies are 8-7 so far this season, coming off a victory over the Brewers in Milwaukee on Sunday.
