I've wanted to own one, but I think there might be an easier way and,... better food.

Have lunch at the food truck rally, Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at 1007 E. Lincolnway, in the east parking lot facing Holliday Park. This is a tasty benefit for United Way of Laramie County, which disperses money to local nonprofits.

The four food trucks involved are; Tasty Bones Barbecue, Chicago Dog House, The Daily Press Gourmet Sandwiches and Paninis and Cajun Mama Snowballs, focused on shaved ice and snow-cones. Anyone who buys food from any of the food trucks can enter to win a meal from Nipa Hut.

Cheyenne Paranormal illusionist Aiden Sinclair will also perform. There is no admission cost.

United Way of Laramie County hopes to make this an annual fundraising event.
