After a $44,357 grant was given, the announcement of a new playground at the Archer Complex was made, according to Wyoming Tribune Eagle.

The Archer was constructed and opened this year. The new Archer Complex cost $9.8 million and it was a great addition to the Laramie County Fairgrounds. The new playground will be great for the new RV park that was put in as well.

Kids from the ages of two to seven will be able to have fun and run around on the new equipment. The Archer can be rented out for a number of things, they felt the playground would help with booking events.

As of right now, there is no word as to when the playground will be complete but the goal is to have it done by the spring of 2020.

In total, the playground will cost $46,875. The additional $2,500 to complete the project will come from the county.
