In a job that routinely requires you to risk your life for others and that could have you seeing things you shouldn’t see (but would like to unsee,) this has to be a bright spot.

Two Cheyenne Fire Rescue personnel saved a couple of goslings from a storm drain near the Laramie County Public Library on Tuesday.

Firefighter Jake Vassar holds the two goslings that were reunited with their parents while Lt. Kevin Reddy replaces the grate. Well played sirs.

Thanks for all, that ALL of you do!
