Cheyenne Police: Tourists ‘Leave Your Weed at Home’ [VIDEO]
The unofficial start of summer vacation season is just a month away, and police are reminding those planning a trip to Cheyenne to "leave your weed at home."
"We'd like to remind residents from neighboring states or from states where marijuana is legal that it's not legal in Wyoming," said Officer Kevin Malatesta.
"We definitely see a lot of it that's coming from Colorado," Malatesta added.
Anyone caught with more than three ounces of marijuana faces a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
