For the second consecutive night, the Cheyenne Sixers pulled off an unbelievable comeback, this time, 7-6, over the Gillette Roughriders.

Gillette led 5-0 and 6-3 in the game. Cheyenne took advantage of an error and a sacrifice fly for three runs in the sixth inning. Then, after allowing an insurance run in the top of the seventh to the Riders, the Sixers pulled off a four-run bottom of the seventh.

Cheyenne got two hits and took advantage of four walks and one hit batter in the rally. The highlights are above.

WyoPreps talked with Cheyenne's Hayden Swaen and Ben Bohlmann after the dramatic victory. Swaen had a big RBI single in the seventh, while Bohlmann drew a walk on four pitches that forced in the winning run.

We also chatted with Coach Ty Lain following the 7-6 victory.

Cory Schilling had two hits, including a solo home run and a two-run single, and three RBIs for the Riders. Jason Fink threw five and one-third scoreless innings on the mound. He finished with two runs allowed on four hits with eight strikeouts.

Cheyenne advances to the title game on Friday. They will play Jackson at 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Gillette will face Sheridan at 1 p.m. in an elimination game on Thursday. The winner earns a spot in the championship game on Friday.
